We manage only homes in our own area and not the entire Central Oregon Coastal area. We are able to respond to any emergency or problem 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We maintain a sufficient inventory of emergency repair parts to service your home at night and weekends as well as extract possible flooding before any damage occurs. The homeowner or client can talk to a live person 24/7, not an answering machine. All calls will be responded to within one hour.

We do not practice overloading homeowners or clients with excessive charges that stop clients from booking and homeowners from losing rental profits.
