This adorable home, with a spacious floor plan and a fully equipped kitchen, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is located in the popular “Bayshore” community. You will have views of the Alsea Bay Bridge and just steps away from miles of sandy beach to enjoy. The “10-10 Beach House” sits on a quiet part of the Canal where you will find views and wildlife from the rear deck. There is a wood stove to warm by after a stormy day at the beach. You will find a Play Station 2, cable/satellite TV, games, puzzles and books in this wonderful home. There is a washer and dryer, with all of your linens and towels provided. The “Bayshore” community has a great recreation center and heated out door pool for our guest to enjoy during the summer months.

(10-10 is the radio code for End of shift, or Off Duty, or in this case an Off Duty retreat.)

This great home has three bedroom, with two bathroom and accommodates
6-8 persons(2 queen beds, set of twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper
sofa.) House is but a few years old and is bright and clean.
Additional amenities (includes TVs, DVD, Play Station 2,you
bring your games), Wood burning stove (bring your own
wood,)Dishwasher,Microwave and Coffee maker. Kitchen is equipped
with all of your cooking and eating utensils. Washer, Dryer, Iron &
Iron table. There are sheets, blankets and towels provided(bring your
own beach towels.)

CHECK IN 3 PM, CHECK OUT 11AM promptly (unless previous
arrangements have been made.)

We require a $300.00 prepayment at the time of reservation on a major credit/debit card. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Reservation canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfiet the $300.00 prepayment. There will be a $50.00 cancelation fee for reservation canceled more than 30 day prior to your arrival date.
